Tzukii, in Japanese, means moon. We chose this name for our sushi restaurant because we believe it can perfectly represent its characteristics: elegant, calm and contemplative atmosphere, combined with refined dishes waiting to be discovered.

One of the major objections to Western sushi is that it differs excessively from the quality of Japanese sushi. At Tzukii Sushi we are committed to faithfully respecting the quality of traditional Japanese sushi, while still adopting creative solutions adapted to the Western context. And then, there is the atmosphere: suffused, elegant and refined, like in the moonlight.
